Australian data storage
Your data is stored in a third party state-of-the-art datacentre in Australia. The datacentre is certified to ISO27001, PCI DSS, and SOC1 Type II. The Boardtrac servers are housed in secure racks within the datacentre, protected by multiple layers of biometric and physical security.
Secure login
Individual user access to the app is granted by personalised invitation issued from the Boardtrac server. User access via either the iPad app or the web-app requires username, password and PIN (with auto lock-out on 3 failed attempts).
Enterprise-grade security
All materials downloaded and stored on your Boardtrac app are protected by the latest security controls including AES256 encryption, 2048-bit SSL, on-the-fly decryption and automatic purge for lost devices. Boardtrac servers are subject to regular penetration testing and monitoring, ensuring industry standard security is maintained.
Mobile safeguards
The Boardtrac board portal keeps your information secure. Downloaded files are accessible only to the Boardtrac app or WebApp while the user is logged in. Documents accessed by the WebApp are not cached and no record of the document is recoverable when the browser is closed. The company administrator can remotely remove access to files accessible by the Boardtrac app, in the event of theft or loss..
Service continuity
The application and data are fully backed-up to cloud backup services within Australia. In the unlikely event of a failure at the primary datacentre, the service will continue seamlessly from the failover platform. Boardtrac also employs active protection against denial of service (DDOS) attacks.
