Boardtrac has realised Task Management to assist with moving the discussions within a Board, Governance Group or Project Management meeting from talking to action.
This new addition will help take the Board, Governance Group or Project Management team from “talking” to “doing”.
You can now create, assign and track tasks through Task Management. This will ensure tasks continue to move forward rather than stand still or disappearing off the radar.
Its simple yet effective design allows End Users / Board Members and Administrators to monitor the live tasks, their progression, and allow for discussion at the next meeting. Once a task is achieved, it will be removed from End User’s / Board Member’s view, but stored for best governance practice for Administrators to access in case it is required to be revisited.
Complementing other functionality
The Task Management function complements Create Boardpack PDF and Director audit status – a tool which provides visibility on who has not opened their agenda documents.
